The Situation

The Healthcare Sector ETF ( XLV ) started to underperform compare to the
Mighty SP500 since August 5 2015 when it reached a high ever peak on a
relative basis. The 20 DMA on that ratio start to fall since August 27.
It reached on September 28 a level last seen in February 2015.
( See first chart below - Vertical White Line  and Red Line )...

But the most interesting technical factor is that the Healthcare Sector
ETF ( XLV ) main outperformance was when the Mighty SP500 was within a
correction phase; Not this time... A New Technical Behavior Trend ?
Also observe that we are at the support level of the uptrend support line that
started back in April 2014 on that ratio.
( See fourth chart below - Black Trendline)...

The main technical indicators like the moving average of the Bullish Percentage Index of the Healthcare Sector are showing some sign of weaknesses since August 5 when it turned on a bearish trend and now stand at 12.73% (34.03% for the 7 DMA - Day Moving Average), the lowest level of the past 5 years.
( See second chart below - Ellipse)... Also, taking the ratio of the Bullish Percentage Index of the  Healthcare Sector over the SP500 Index, we had that ratio at the lowest of the past 5 years. ( See third chart below - Ellipse)...

But the most interesting factor is that having the lowest Bullish Percentage Index of the Healthcare Sector of the past 5 years and a very strong volume ( See fourth chart below -Ellipse ) are signs of a Short Term Capitulation in Financial Markets.
